Olive oil production, was started in 1945 by Haralampos Hatzipetros, who began to work at an olive press of Asfendiou area of Kos. Being 18 he started the tradition of their family, which is continued till today by his son Dimostheni Hatzipetro. Now with the new oil press that has all the specifications of E.U. they produce and bottle pure extra virgin olive oil of best quality, certified and controlled.
