Limnionas beach is located about 43 km from Kos Town, on the north-western side of the island and close to the village of Kefalos. Limnionas is a nice beach to relax.
Although it is organized with sun beds and umbrellas, there are not many facilities in the region, which makes it much quieter than the tourist-developed beaches of the southern side of Kos.
The water is clean, while the coast is sandy surrounded by abrupt rocks.
This bay is naturally protected from strong winds.
Above the beach, there is a lovely tavern.
